The Game Changers on Netflix.
I resonated with this documentary regardless of the majorities sentiment towards eating meat.
I was brought up eating meat and I thought meat was necessary.
I no longer feel that this is the case.
Eating meat is what you did.
It was all over the TV.
It was taught at school.
In a nutshell, I feel that meat should only be eaten out of survival, more selectively and not eaten out of convenience.
Eating meat every day and every night just does not make sense when we can get everything we need from plants.
Ask the Mongolian Eskimos what they think.
They would know.
They eat meat only out of necessity.
When we look closer to the facts, the results, the statistics, the blood....we will find Vegetarian champions are everywhere.
Better gut health, more energy and better results.
It took me two years of vegetarian living to truly understand the difference it has made to my body.
Life is about choices....however I feel we have been lied to about most things when it comes to life, nutrition and health all for the bottom of line of corporate profit.
