Street Chickens Eat Snake for Breakfast!

These street chickens are not your average chickens. They are the roughest, hardest, most badass chickens you'll ever meet. You certainly dont want to offend them or cross them in any way. Around here, in Guatemala, these chickens are known as Gallinas Criollos . They live on the streets and sleep in the trees. They survive on tortillas and snake meat. And they lay like one egg every three days. Preferred by the local families for their hardy nature and ease of caring for, you thus see them roaming the streets all around these parts.

While chickens of other breeds are also omnivores and may eat some meat now and then, these street chickens devour anything they find. This snake was just making his way across the road when the gang of street chickens found him while looking for breakfast. Apparently, he was just right. He didnt get very far after that.

Has anyone else ever seen a chicken eat an animal?
