I am new to steemit and it is my first post to dtube. I found @dtube is similar like youtube.
Steem's dtube = Google's youtube.
And I like the concept. And I strongly support @dtube. I, Soumitra (@trigunom), am a guy from India and a fitness freak and enjoying gym like a game. It enhances my lifestyle. I like to make video of my gym activity and I am gonna post over dtube properly with information and some benefits that you can know little about the activity. If you want me to add some more about activity information (that you want to know), then please make me some good suggestion.

I heard somewhere that A regular gym can improve your mood due to endorphins or 'Happy Harmones' that releases when you do daily exercise.
