During this week, we are going to explore using specific tones to activate the body's energy centres - The Chakra system.
Today, we are activating the Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana.
This is the creativity and sexual chakra. It is located above the pubic bone and below the navel, and encompasses the genital region and the plexus. A balanced Sacral Chakra leads to feelings of wellness, abundance, pleasure, and joy. When this chakra is out of balance, a person may experience emotional instability, fear of change, sexual dysfunction, depression, or addictions.
As well as carrying out the chant, you may wish to visualise colour during the process. The colours associated with this Chakra are all manner of oranges.
