Eating RAW MEAT from Thailand on the Carnivore Diet or Snake Diet?

I'm not technically on the Carnivore Diet, but I have a theory anyway: Is it possible to eat raw meat and drink raw eggs that are NOT grass fed? Do the benefits of eating raw meat and drinking raw eggs outweigh the risks involved in buying those items from a standard grocery store and not a fancy overpriced organic food shop?

I hope so. Because I already ate them.

I actually felt pretty good after shooting this video. It's been a few hours since then and I still feel pretty good. So hopefully I will make it till tomorrow.

I'm trying to adhere to the Snake Diet guidelines of eating 5-6 meals per week. I'm already pretty lean and I do some intense Muay Thai workouts here in Thailand, so I have a feeling that's going to be somewhat of a challenge. But it's more important to me to see if I can sustain this kind of eating lifestyle.

Then we can add the fasting in later.
