My friend is suffering from severe disease - Reason for my absence

Hello everyone!
My friend tested positive for dengue a few days ago and he is hospitalized since then. His platelet count has gone down below 100k mark and the needs to drink more than 7 litres of fluid regularly. We been taking care of him and I haven't had much sleep from the past couple of days. This is reason of my absence from dtube as making videos is very difficult for me right now.
