Looks like we may get WW III after all

Yet another 200 million down the drain for nothing. That in itself is not funny but the title implying that there is such a thing as "lethal" aid seems very counterproductive. At least there is time to fit in one more good cold war Rockey movie before Stalone kicks the bucket.

I hope my kids get to learn what I learned in school. Hiding under a flimsy desk will protect you from a nuclear blast.
