At $400 Billion 2,600,000 could be paid $30,000 for the next 5 years and the MANAGEMENT would get $9.984 Billion.
An organizatin with over $56 Trillion could use less than 1% of it's resoources and have 2,600,000 young men immigrate to the US, but really be an ARMY. Located in the US, with an arming budget of $3,000+ per man using the $9.984 Billion. In a country where weapons could be stockpiled for the past 20 yrs, just for this moment.
