To another @boyerobert photo challenge #10 Concrete and Steel. Here is my second entry, I seem to be enjoying photography these day's. So, for this challenge I decided to go for a walk, where else will you find Concrete and Steel...on my walk I started to notice sewers, quite a few of them. Finally I found one that felt nice enough to shot. My photo was taken with my smart phone, iPhone8 plus, as well I did do some editing with colours this time...

If you notice my picture there is writing on it. " VILLE DE LAVAL " that is the city which I live in, Montreal, Canada, in the province of Quebec, as well the word PULVIAL. Many sewers carry many details and many names according to the area. In this case I decided to do some research to the name...please note my province is a bilingual one French/English

The name "PLUVIAL" seems to be bilingual from what I gather, PLU meaning rain in French and VIAL which means metal cylinder in English, so together the make up a bilingual word that means to me " period of rain gathering " I find that extremely great. I enjoyed learning about photography and what bears meaning in our city's steel, set in concrete. Below I will put a definition of the word "PLUVIAL" you decide it's meaning...
