A quick post here about my banner design entry for the easydex banner contest hosted by @steamdan.
For this banner I kept it simple and clean, but with a message to drive home what easydex is. This is my first design created using a new application on my iPad called Affinity Designer, it's a professional vector art application. Have to say I love it so far :) expect some more art from me with it soon.
I have two variations of this banner, one with a black background and one that supports transparencies also. Both should work well in most situations too.
I feel that many banners are over-complicated, it does make sense to simplify them for readability.
