Mirabella asked which mother ? My mom or aunt, who i just found out she is my biological mother.
I paused, unsure how to respond. The discovery still stirred in my mind like a storm. My whole life, i thought l knew my family, but secret can change everything.

"Your aunt Joyce...... what's she like? Mirabella asked, her voice calming i stop , gathering my thoughts. "She's kind, and caring...... But distance. I have always felt like there's a fence between us"

As we parted ways, i couldn't help but wonder what tomorrow held. Would i reach out to aunt Joyce?

I found myself in my room reflecting on my feelings and thoughts. Understanding the sacrifices she might have made, through out that night, i couldn't sleep.
First thing in the morning i decided to visit her after having breakfast with her, I asked her about the past .
