Hi there. In this short education post I talk about disruptive kids and students. The motivation behind this post is based on a student story. She tells me that there was this guy who was smoking weed in school. It was so bad that it affected the entire third floor of the school. That third floor had to be closed off. One individual fainted I've heard. This weed smoker student was a repeat offender.
In a past DBuzz post I posted a short video of kids playing with fireworks inside a transit bus. They lit the fireworks up inside the bus. I don't know how they got fireworks in the bus and these kids thought it would be "cool" to use them in a bus. The video is a bit disturbing.
This post may not be written in the best way I could. The topic here is not my strength but I think this topic is important.

Purpose Of Punishments
Punishments are designed to provide consequences for actions that hurt others physically, emotionally or even financially. It is a way of saying don't do that again. These punishments can include paying a fine, suspension from school (no learning), being expelled from school as the school does not want the person, jail time, revoking an academic degree and/or community service. A punishment that is too light for an offender would not impact the individual much. The offender could cause trouble again.

Bigger Picture: Societies
You could look at disrupting kids, teenagers and students from a bigger picture perspective. Youths who commit violence, vandalism and/or do cheating without being punished do grow up to be more dangerous adults as they get older. They would not know what they are doing is wrong. But they could also not care.
There are also socioeconomic perspectives here. Communities filled with dangerous youths and people bring down the value of residential & commercial real estate. Most people would not want to live in an area filled with crime. Businesses would most likely close or relocate if an area is dangerous.
With youth troublemakers there could be a lack of good parenting or guidance. These type of youths may also not be mature and want to rebel against authority. Whatever the reason may be whether it is good or not it is important to not let a few crazy people destroy property, commit financial fraud and/or hurt others for no reason.
