Adolescence is a time that has a freedom of association, it can not be denied together. The problem of juvenile delinquency is a matter that is considered urgent and very interesting we discuss, where at this time adolescents have the freedom to act regardless of the advice or utterance of others, they are generally concerned with the ego rather than togetherness. Adolescence is known as a time of trouble. Not only is the difficulty for the individual concerned, but also for his parents, the community, and often for the police. This is because adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood.
Based on the reality that the authors see in the field, there are many deviant behaviors perpetrated by these teenagers and the easier we meet in everyday life, such behavior is like skipping school hours, disrupting learning activities going on, criminals, brawl between schools and between classes (gangs). Adolescent behavior is a behavior that deviates from the norms prevailing in society
Indeed The thing that happened during the brawl, is actually the aggressive behavior of an individual or a group. Aggressive itself according to (Kartini Kartono 1993: 39) is defined as a way to fight very strongly, fighting, harming, attacking, killing, or punishing others. Or simply aggressive is an act that intends to harm others or damage the property of others. According to, fights involving adolescent students are classified as one form of juvenile deliquency (juvenile deliquency). Juvenile delinquency in the case of fights, can be classified into two types of deliberation, namely situational and systematic.
Juvenile delinquency in the study of social problems can be categorized into deviant behavior. In the perspective of behavior deviant social problems occur because there are deviations of behavior from various social rules or from the prevailing social values and norms. Deviant behavior can be regarded as the source of the problem as it may harm the establishment of the social system. The use of the concept of deviant behavior implicitly implies that there is a standard path that must be taken. Behavior that does not pass through the path means to have deviated.
