In part 1 (Link) I wrote how and why Roman Catholic Church claim to be world owners, including all property, people and their souls. Now I will slightly expand this concept because I think the Roman Catholic Church is source is all deviant on the Earth.
As I mentioned before the pope (Greek: father) made a triple crown as a symbol of the three-way rule of the world. The papal bull Unam Sanctum promoted the doctrine of two swords, namely, on the secular and spiritual leadership in the same body. The unification of political and spiritual authority in one person. That person is a the Pope/Holy See. In addition, he honors himself with the title Pontifex Maximus, which means the supreme pontificate, same title the high priests/wizards had in Babylon. This title was used by Caesar for the first time before the new era. The title was taken over in the Vatican because the church was actually the legal successor of the Roman Empire, and the pope was emperor, those who exercise both political and spiritual power. That's why he is called the Roman-Catholic Church. When most of people would realize that, they will conclude the Roman empire still exists today and it is mostly owner of all the political and spiritual doctrines in the world. It is interesting that Roman law and Latin language are still taught today, even though it is allegedly dead language because Rome no longer exists but which is a misconception. The Roman empire just divided it's power into territorial cantons called kingdoms or a new states. In these kingdoms, the kings were crowned by the pope by "divine" providence as his ruler on earth. Thus, these units are registered in Roman archives as franchisors or license holders as long as they pay to their principal. That is why the canon law is above any other law because all laws are derived from it, and political entities have no jurisdiction over their principal.
From Code of Canon Law:
Can. 1404 The First See is judged by no one.
Can. 1405
1/ It is solely the right of the Roman Pontiff himself to judge in the cases mentioned in ⇒ can. 1401:
1/ those who hold the highest civil office of a state;
2/ cardinals;
3/ legates of the Apostolic See and, in penal cases, bishops;
4/ other cases which he has called to his own judgment.
2/ A judge cannot review an act or instrument confirmed specifically (in forma specifica) by the Roman Pontiff without his prior mandate.
3/ Judgment of the following is reserved to the Roman Rota:
1/ bishops in contentious matters, without prejudice to the prescript of ⇒ can. 1419, §2;
2/ an abbot primate or abbot superior of a monastic congregation and a supreme moderator of religious institutes of pontifical right;
3/ dioceses or other physical or juridic ecclesiastical persons which do not have a superior below the Roman Pontiff.
Can. 1406
1/ If the prescript of ⇒ can. 1404 is violated, the acts and decisions are considered as not to have been placed.
2/ In the cases mentioned in ⇒ can. 1405, the incompetence of other judges is absolute.
So, if you were wondering why Church pedophiles can't be prosecuted...now you have answer.
On the papal medal above (Mazio 13, Spink 342) issued by Pope Callisto III (1455-58), on the back is written OMNES REGES SERVIENT EI, a quotation from Daniel 7:27 (from the Latin translation), translated into the Catholic reads "ALL THE KINGDOMS SHALL BE OBEDIENT TO HIM". The text refers to God, but the papal three way tiara over the cross clearly symbolizes papal authority, that the Pope has been ordained by God and has the authority and all kings on earth, as stated above and clearly shown on coins.
On picture above in Pope tiara representing their three way claim of rulership over the world. It was presented by pope Pius IX in 1871. Including text written from behind of tiara, the following is written on tiara (with translation):

In this papal medal above the second year of the reign of Pope Leo XIII (1879), the Latin phrase GENS ET REGNUM QUOD NON SERVIERIT MIHI PERIBIT was translated in: THE NATION AND KINGDOM THAT WILL NOT SERVE ME WILL PERISH (Isaiah 60: 12 from Latin). The figure on back side of coin (right on picture) is a queen crowned by a papal chef sitting on his throne recalling Revelation 18:7 -
As she glorified herself and lived in luxury, so give her a like measure of torment and mourning, since in her heart she says, ‘I sit as a queen, I am no widow, and mourning I shall never see.’
The Hand of God, who led the course of history, set the seat of his ruler on Earth in this city of Rome, which, after being the capital of the beautiful Roman Empire, now has become the capital of the whole world with divine hand, for he made it a place of sovereignty which, since it is above the borders of nation and state, brings together all people from all over the world. The very source and the divine nature of this sovereignty of the claim, the undeniable right of the awareness of millions of believers all over the world that this sacred sovereignty can not, even be on occasion, become subject to any human authority of any law, even through laws declaring certain guarantees of freedom of action pontiff.
The medal above celebrates the Lateran Pact of 1929, where the Vatican City was formally recognized as a political state with the priest as an absolute ruler. The bishop on the front and back in last apostle Peter. He is holding the keys of authority, marked as having a global domination from the seat of the Vatican City. As the successor of Peter, Pius XI was symbolized by this medal as the ruler of the world, and the Vatican as its capital, as is clearly expressed in his 1922 encyclical quoted above.
The Pope by himself is not a legal person, but the Holy See is. It is called Holy See because when the pope speaks from that position, he says the ex cathedra or speaks as the ruler of the world. 'See' as noun meanthe seat or office of a bishop, Ex cathedra (lat.), with chairs (chapel) Peter; the feature of those papal decisions on religious and moral issues that he brings as the successor to St. Petra (and which are "infallible") passed on the basis of one's own authority or position, with a blemish of importance or unmistakable.
Of course this does not mean that the Pope is infallible, but that means whatever is said from that position is an ultimate executive command because Roman Catholic Church see themselves as rulers of the world. As you can see from this few examples, Roman Catholic Church are not even trying to hide their claim that they are kings of all kings and supreme rulers of the world, of all of us in the end.
