The maket is an addition to the architectural design and as the main way to convey ideas and draw the layout. Motivation to create a model is to allow the designer to test the design quality on a small scale and assist the inner designer
The mockets contain characters such as holes, projections, windows, and roof designs. In this abstract form, the small-scale landscape-location area is simplified and illustrated with the material chosen as flat terrain. if the landscape is sloped, it can be shaped with a horizontal layer stacked on top of another.
Maket also has several types or kinds of them:
1.maket architecture / building (scale 1: 200, 1: 100, 1:50)
- interior package (1:20 scale, 1:10, 1: 5, 1: 1)
- detailed package (1:20 scale, 1:10, 1: 5, 1: 1)
