Generally, every parent is busy to find school or educational institutions for their children at the new academic year. Parents whose children graduated from Senior High Schools will be busy with their preparation for choosing what University is good. Parents whose children graduated from Junior High Schools will be busy to find the best Senior High Schools for their children. Parents whose children graduated from Elementary schools will be busy to find the best junior high schools and parents whose Children graduated from kindergarten will be busy to find the best schools for their children.
Umumnya, setiap orang tua sibuk mencari sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan untuk anak-anak mereka di setiap awal tahun ajaran baru. Orangtua yang anak-anak mereka tamatan SMA akan subuk dengan persiapan ke Universitas apa yang bagus. Orang tua yang anak-anak mereka tamat dari SMP akan sibuk mencari SMA yang bagus dan berkualitas. Orang tua yang anak -anak mereka tamat dari Sekolah Dasar akan sibuk mencari sekolah SMP yang favorit dan orang tua yang anak-anak mereka baru selesai di TK juga akan sibuk mencari Sekolah Dasar yang terbaik untuk anak-anak mereka.
So, every parent is busy and wants to have the best school, the favorite school that makes them chase the best school by any way. Those who have good achievements will be easy to enter the school they like. But, in some cases, those graduates who have bad achievements want to have the best or favorite school, they have to fight or struggle strongly. Even there are some parents who like to spend money for influencing the head master or even the rector, will always try to find ways. The bad quality graduates will usually search the back door to enter the educational institution they want.
Jadi, setiap orang tua sibuk dan ingin mendapatkan sekolah terbaik, sekolah favorit, yang membuat mereka memburu sekolah terbaik dengan berbagai cara. Anak-anak atau siswa yang memiliki prestasi bagus akan dengan mudah masuk ke sekolah yang mereka sukai. Namun dalam banyak kasus, tamatan yang prestasinya jelek, ingin masuk ke sekolah favorit, sekolah terbaik, mereka harus berjuang keras. Bahkan ada orang tua -orang tua yang mau menghabiskan uang mereka untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan kepala sekolah atau kuga rektor untuk tingkat universitas. Anak-anak yang berkualitas rendah biasanya juga akan mencari pintu belakang untuk masuk ke sekolah unggul atau favorit.

Sebenarnya, para orang tua tidak akan sangat sibuk dan terbebani dengan Pendidikan mereka bila mereka mau mengikuti atau bersekolah di sekolah yang sediakan pemerintah. Kecuali tingkat Universitas. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bahwa pemerintah telah menyediakan sekolah-sekolah negeri dimana anak-anak kita bisa bersekolah. Namun karena setiap orang tua dan anak ingin sekolah yang berkualitas, sekolah favorite atau unggul, maka sekolah-sekolah unggul dan favorit akan diburu oleh banyak anak.
When so many children and parents want the favorite schools, so the selling value of favorite schools will increase. While other schools which are not favorite will be lacking of students. Not only that, but it will make the distribution of the students are uneventful. It will bring bad impacts on the unfavorably by the stidents. These schools will usually lack of students.
Ketika terlalu banyak anak dan orang tua inginkan sekolah-sekolah favorit, maka dengan persaingan yang ketat membuat sekolah favorite baik sekolah pemerintah maupun swasta akan naik nilai jualnya. Bukan hanya itu, tetapi juga akan berpengaruh pada distribusi siswa yang tidak merata. Hal ini akan membawa dampak buruk terhadap sekolah-sekolah yang tidak difavoritkan. Sekolah-sekolah yang tidak favorite akan mengalami kekurangan siswa.
Unfortunately, when so many children and parents want favorite schools, it causes the demands of people utilized by other people who have business senses. These people will use this opportunity for business. They can open schools labeled with smart school, favorite school or other icon which can attract students and parents' interest on schools. The schools then become as the business object.
Sayangnya ketika sangat banyak anak dan orang tua yang ingin ke sekolah-sekolah favorite akan menyebabkan orang-orang yang berjiwa bisnis memanfaatkan permintaan itu sebagai peluang bisnis pendidikan. Mereka akan membuka sekolah- sekolah berlabel sekolah unggul, sekolah favorit, atau dengan icon lain, yang bisa menarik minat siswa dan orang tua terhadap sekolah tersebut. Sekolah tesebut kemudian menjadi lahan bisnis pendidikan.
Ideally, the education must be cheap or even free of charge. As the Government has provided 12 years free education. However because of many people demand the smart or high quality schools, it causes the privatization of education everywhere in Indonesia. These conditions make parents get stressed and tired to find school or education for their children. It becomes far from ideal that we all want. We must reject the privatization of education.
Idealnya, pendidikan itu harus murah, bahkan gratis. Sebab pemerintah telah menyediakan program wajib belajar 12 tahun. Namun demikian, karena banyak permintaan terhadap sekolah unggul atau sekolah favorit, kondisi ini juga sudah mendorong terjadinya privatisasi pendidikan di mana-mana di Indonesia. Kondisi-kondisi demikian membuat orang tua stress dan lelah mencari sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan buat anak-anak. Ini menjadi tidak ideal sebagaimana kita inginkan.
