ELON MUSK is the founder, CEO, and CTO of Space X. Elon Musk wants to make humans a Multiplanetary species, with that in mind he founded Space X in 2002 with the goal of reducing space transportation costs and enabling the colonization of Mars. Honestly i am too exited for this. I would really like to visit Mars.
Elon proposed a presentation on 28th September, 2017 at
International Astronautical Congress, Adelaide, Australia to discuss the company's plans that target the moon and Mars. He reveled his launch vehicle known as BFR (Big Falcon Rocket) which is new and improved than Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon and will prove to be more efficient.
Musk believe that this is readily achievable, and he said that Space X aspires to begin construction of the first spaceship before July of 2018, with the aim of sending two cargo spaceships to Mars by 2022, and sending people by 2024, and in 40 to 100 years, he will have a million of us living there.

Musk's strategy for funding of development of BFR is by replacing its current launch vehicles, Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Dragon, thus freeing up the development capital directed at those vehicles for BFR. The BFR is completely reusable, so the cost of per launch that is lower than that of SpaceX’s Falcon 1, no more than $8 million. He also said about base on moon called lunar base for cargo storage and transport.
Musk also demonstrated BFR’s potential utility for activities in and around Earth orbit, ranging from satellite debris removal, launching massive scientific probes, and even supporting or constructing a human outpost on the Moon. Completely and utterly unexpected was the final aspect of Musk’s presentation: BFR as a potential enabler for relatively affordable travel anywhere on Earth in less than an hour, less than half an hour for more common long-distance journeys.
