Man, the main character in this one is put through the ringer right off the bat. From microchips fused to the back of his neck that almost kill him to a covert surveillance operation being ran against the poor guy in hopes of pushing him to be a useful tool for the government.
To make things worse for the guy he was born out of orders his parents received from the government. Not born of love but out of orders in hopes he can be useful like a sickle and hammer. But first he has to beat up those who stand in his way like the school yard bully and his older psychopathic brother.
