The Holy See is asking through an official document on ethics and financial markets, prepared by two large departments of the Curia: the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, and the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development. It has personally been approved by the pope and is entitled 'Economic and Financial Issues'."

This is just another step in fulfilling Revelation 13. The Vatican wants control over the world's finances, so that those, just as Revelation 13 says, who don't take the 'mark, number or name' of the Papal beast, which will be enforced by America (the second beast) will not be able to 'buy and sell'. In the current system of capitalism, with cash being used, it would be very difficult to stop people from buying and selling. So what two things are the Vatican trying to do away with? Cash, so that everything is electronic, therefore making it easy to stop people from getting to their finances. And capitalism, so as to have a more unified 'authority' overseeing all the world's finances. All the things are being put in place ready for the enforcement of the mark of the beast. The question is, are YOU getting ready, by surrendering all to Jesus Christ?
