Speak in front of your friends- This one can help you if your friends are honest to you, they can help you by saying some of the mistakes which you make while speaking with someone else.
Show some attitude while speaking by using Dictionary words in your sentence to increase your respect and attitude in front of people who you are speaking to
See a lot of movies and shows- I know that this one will be boring, but if you are seeing movies of that particular language with/without subtitle's it will help you with gaining some knowledge Like- accents, culture, traditions, Way of speaking, gestures which are used while speaking
