The meaning of life is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions of existence, conscience and happiness, and affects many other issues such as symbolic meaning, ontology, value, purpose, ethics, good and Evil, Free will, the conceptions of God, the existence of God, the soul and the hereafter. We people as human beings tend to feel dissatisfied with what we have or who we are, have you ever wondered: Am I in the right place?, is this what I want for my life?, I know that your answer depends on the situation or stage that is happening And they will mostly say that no, because they are not doing what they really like, but what they can do, are limited, either by different factors, in the most common case, by the environment in which it is, others will say that yes because they are fulfilling their purposes and doing what they like most.
Many times we feel pressured by the situation and the environment, especially in those cases when we cannot do what we like because: * this out of our reach, * or don't have the money to live with luxuries and comforts, * or when we are moving some plight, so there are people who fall into depression and lose the meaning of life, this is completely dangerous because there are many cases where people have lost up to his life because of this, in extreme case is necessary an intervention Professional.
A bad situation is not for life, the detail is is that when we are in the midst of the storm it seems an eternity, I love this phrase: "After the storm comes the calma", and while it lasts we must endure the situation and communicate goals to help in the process, look for alternatives, find solutions if possible. To my way of thinking not always is this where we want and all went through a bad phase, but it all depends on the attitude that the person take towards life, as the saying goes "If life gives you lemons, it can do limonada".
While we have health and life everything is possible and we must be grateful with what we have, to my personally helped me much thinking that it could be worse, could be in terminal phase of my life without meeting my goals and targets , as it has many have passed you, or maybe not I had freedom, or have physical and/or mental limitations. If there are none of these case always there is a way out, or simply the acceptance, or is the time of change of purpose, and no matter the age, "is never too late to do what is quiere".
One of the things that has helped me when I am in difficulty or can not find you the sense of things is: go out with my friends, go to walk, read a book, listen to music, search of God, ask an advice everything possible to distract me from the situation. Some case will not be so easy, and this is where professional help is required.
