What is Expercoin?
With technology incubated at the Harvard Innovation Lab, Expercoin is a new protocol for launching markets powered by Artificial Intelligence. Expercoin aims to build one of the world's largest decentralised networks of markets, the Republics, with a strategy to promote learning and create jobs for the digital economy. With Experfy's infrastructure, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and developed by AI and Blockchain, anyone can create a specialized community with markets.
Expercoin has been established to help introduce cryptocurrencies into the online education market. It is a platform for everyone to build their own Republic. The republic here means an organization. The ecosystem will help you facilitate organizations by teaching your employees and hiring freelancers. In this way, an entire community will form a market driven by the AI where different courses will be given. Teachers will be allowed to index their courses as well as build their own shop. For disadvantaged students, the new system helps them borrow money from other members of the community.

Labour market
- The current Experfy Jobs Marketplace is designed as a platform that brings together companies with specific consulting needs and hundreds of experts to provide services. The Labor Market serves businesses ranging from Fortune 500 to small start-ups. This technology received the Gartner "Cool Vendor" award in 2017. Transactions, from the definition of milestones to the hiring of experts on a time and material basis, will be accounted for in a distributed general ledger, allowing the community to verify transactions in the event of a dispute.
Evaluation Platform
- Identifying gaps is a prerequisite for skills training. Experfy has dedicated itself to developing a comprehensive assessment system to set a benchmark for an applicant's level of qualification. Experfy's automatic learning algorithms, based on the availability of data for each candidate, are capable of building dynamic training paths to recommend a highly customized curriculum adapted to each individual's learning objectives.
Peer-to-peer financing

Mentor Platform
- This platform is designed with a flexible typology in four dimensions: Industry; Business Function; Technical Function; and Technology and Tools. Each Expercoin Republic can customize this typology and also heal its own expert mentors who will provide tutoring, interview workshops, resume review and office hours to students in training. Mentors will be paid at Expercoin in exchange for their services and will be exposed to the employment history of each mentor so that they can understand the depth of their professional experience. In the descriptors you can obtain information such as professional experience and education to the extent permitted by the LinkedIn API or entered manually.
