Today i want to try out a first recipe of a Steemian :)
This will be a shorter post, because it will also be my participation in the Contest of @infinityroad and it is not much time left to participate ;)
For this it fits very well that the recipe is provided by @infinityroad too!

So I participate in his contest with his recipe for a healthy lifestyle, isn't that brilliant?
Because of talking about time....
In the video Jason presents 2 ways of making "Nutella" and I personally chose Nr. 1, because its ways more time efficient and needs less of preparation.
We talk about nuss-nougat-creme, "Nutella" is an protected name by Ferrero and is only used here, because a lot of people associate with Nutella every kind of schoko-creme :)

For variation you can choose between a small spoon and a normal one :)
Then you only need "some" Nutella and you gotta go! ( The Key of success is having enough of Nutella like me! )

Waaaaaaays easier than the other way of Jason where you need such a lot of ingredients! And check out the result! Doesn't it look very nice and super healthy?
If you want you can go old school and eat it with bread, but if you want to have the biggest successes and really get fit, you should definetely use a spoon!
No matter which way you eat it, always remind to take enough of Nutella or you will get nothing of the high protein and vitamin, low fat and low carb meal ;)
After all the joking, I want to tell you that i Have been a REAL Nutella-addict, until Ferrero changed their secret formula of the recipe for Nutella in Germany... Others take drugs, smoke, consume alcohol and so on and I loved Nutella and I felt well with it; My bodyweight didn't increase (what a pitty for me...), my level of body fat stayed low; All in all, it never was a problem for me, just a bit expensive in my strength of consumption :D
Today I can say, I now eat a much more varied and balanced diet. Sometimes some Nutella, but it is not my main nutrition anymore. Earlier my friends told me that my blood group would be Nutella, because of this intensive way of consumption ๐
I can tell you, that I am still able to finsih off 1 glass of Nutella within 20 minutes, but I am not practicing it the way i did some years ago ^^
I really was fed up with the change of the recipe, but today I can say "Thank you" to Ferrero, because they ended up my biggest addiction :D
In the end of the post I want to hide a picture of a salad I ate some days ago which presents a bit better my current "healthy lifestyle! The bread now without Nutella ๐ Also i do a lot of sports in my freetime, but this I also did in my deep Nutella times :D
The salad itsself is growing on my windowsill and the other ingredients only are some tomatoes, some chicken and a bit of mozarella cheese :) Very tasty!
One day i will try the longer and truly healthy recipe of the nuss-nougat-creme :)
