It was stupid of me to write, "Tomorrow I'll do this" and "Then and there it comes" - when your poor health is a hindrance to your plans -.-" ...
My current episode of polyarthritis makes my everyday life much more difficult. I don't get as much as I would like to do and I need help and support with many things in such a phase.
Please bear with me that from now on - especially during phases of illness - I cannot give any concrete information about when my next planned mail will appear.
I simply do not know. Since the current relapse is still quite fresh and still developing, it will take a while before I can overcome it and become fully active here.
It annoys me and I am extremely sorry - this is not how I imagined my start here.
Besides I am looking for a remedy or a healing method - according to orthodox medicine this is incurable, but I cannot accept that and will try everything possible to get well again.
If anyone here has tips and tricks - and I'd be happy to share my experiences - about this clinical picture (I was only recently diagnosed, even if it was not my first or 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, ... relapse), can write me gladly. Thanks!
At least a short introduction to the actual planned topic: Please be careful not to pick up skin particles through the respiratory tract - many people like to put the protective mask under their chin.
Unfortunately, the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus is native to our skin, but can cause pathogenic damage in our lungs.
The fungus Aspergillus fumigatus should also not be ignored.
Whenever you can: Treat your lungs to fresh air. Do breathing exercises - we all breathe much too shallow and superficially. And if you want/need to wear masks, make sure that they are clean/change regularly. Instead of a mask, I wear a visor - I consider it safer on the one hand, and on the other hand it is much better for your health.
