My best guess for this new development by @nsjames on EOS Telegram is that he was mentioning Scatter's Identity feature which you can check out downloading scatter which has an incredible Identity System which can allow for example a store to only get your Address when you make a transaction and maybe they don't even see it if they just get a QR code sticker to print on your package, and maybe the shipper is the only one who can read the qr code which will be encrypted, I mean EOS opens the world up, and STEEM is ITS OWN unique COEXISTING blockchain, and as @surfyogi said:

I agree EOS will take the lead in many ways very quickly, and in price, has already done so.. but STEEM is application specific and good for people and communities, traditional blogging, vlogging, etc.

The fact that STEEM won't migrate to EOS, shows it is application specific in design.
So Steem and EOS will coexist!
If we test 7400 with HIGH volume that is where it is a SURE thing for the technical analysts that a Bull Market is back, but for us like @bitcoinparadise we know this is it. Very few things could get in our way now.
