EVENTUALLy the plan is to Beef Up SAND so much in tech and Developers and USeful Bots, telegram room a pumpin, market a jumpin, and we apply for EOS VC block.one funding to get SAND promoted and launch a local developer outreach center where we get kids into Steem and telos, get them all accounts, stack up $4 android smartphones to use as simple wallets, and use tipitto disperse crypto to hundreds of thousands of sandiego social media accounts.

Funding from Block.one will be distributed one day like telos distributes funding, via worker proposals... a system EOS can turn on in the next update IF they so please, unleashing MILLIONS of dollars a month to various eos based projects, of course its smart to let the community build first and THEn turn on WPS but telos had to be there to work out the kinks!
