At 10:00 pm on June 30th, Beijing time, the 13th video conference of EMAC (EOS Mandarin Arbitration Community) was held online. According to the meeting schedule, the second training was held. After Michael of EOS Pacific explained the basics of the blockchain foundation and the consensus mechanism, arbitrator candidates Victor, Stephan and Yao Siqi explained the basic knowledge of EOS and the development process to the community.

After the planning of EOS Pacific, arbitrator candidates and community members, including coordinating overseas communities, EMAC (EOS Mandarin Arbitration Community) was officially established.
