Hello everyone! A good blessed Sunday to all of you my eSteemians and Ulogger friends. Another day is passed and another new day to experience, for me it's a day to make my new digital artwork and hopefully done it before night time or before i sleep, sometimes i'm lucky to finish it in a very short time like 2 to 3 hours (even its a supersize pattern) well its been a month now that i fully mastered how to make it faster and i believe "practice makes progress", have a clear eyesight (that is why i'm drinking calamansi juice everyday), and have a fast finger 😁. So, today it's another digital cross stitch of this tiny little cute beautiful bird of Paradise "Humming Bird and a Flower", i do really love birds and all its kind, mostly those that my country don't have or even if so, i normally just see common birds around here inside my yard, i'm really glad "Google" is our very informative friend. Now let's get back to my artwork, i hope you like it! Thanks!

Did you know? Hummingbirds are small, colorful birds with iridescent feathers. Their name comes from the fact that they flap their wings so fast (about 80 times per second) that they make a humming noise. Hummingbirds can fly right, left, up, down, backwards, and even upside down. They are also able to hover by flapping their wings in a figure-8 pattern. They have a specialized long and tapered bill that is used to obtain nectar from the center of long, tubular flowers. The hummingbird’s feet are used for perching only, and are not used for hopping or walking. Source

Here are my work process screenshots in collage. Before that, i uploaded the photo from source then edited it at my cross stitch app, and have it on a supersize pattern 192x240 with maximum number of colour palettes of 32.

And my basic step is to start working on the image background first, then after that is the main image of the flower and the humming bird.

Nothing really hard making this kind of artwork, all you need is to enjoy what you do, time and patience.

And there you have it! Done it beautifully in just 2 hours and 10 minutes (whew! that is fast)
