Hello everyone! and to all Gundam collectors out there! this artwork is for you. I'd been doing this awesome kind of digital cross stitching for almost two years and until now i'm really enjoying the beauty of making it, i have made a lot but still there are thousands of photo model on the internet, it is infinite recreation of beautiful photos into much more artistic way. What ever you like to cross stitch is possible to make, you only need a smartphone and a cross stitch application then your good to make a go. I'm using Crosstich Joy app, you can download it at google playstore for free, if you want to try this cool artwork by digital cross stitching.
Now let's move on to my photo upload, edit and preview of the photo model in cross stich.
Nothing new about the method of doing this art, start it by uploading the photo of your choice to cross stitch joy app, edit the size and the numbers of color palettes you want to apply, max colors is up to 32.
This Gundam is set to supersize 190x240 and in 32 color palettes. Most of supersize are likely can be done in 4 up to 5 hours, the max supersize is 240x240 and the estimate time is up to 8 hours (that is depend on your work speed).
My Work Process in Collage
Mostly when you are doing a supersize artwork, you felt bored on doing it. So, my tip is; you can always have time to do it, the work time is auto-paused once you leave it, then time run again when you get back on it. Also, make sure your on a good mood before you stitch, or much better if you listen with soft music to make you more relax on what your doing.
And easy does it! beautiful and a perfect cross stitch art! done it in 5 hours and 22 minutes, not really a long time making it, it is actually fast for me.
