Hello All My Love very Steemian Friends
I hope you guys have great day today. In this post I am going to share my recently bad experiences of “online shopping” which is very disappointed me.
“Why?!!!”
Because the way that the seller handle the situation is not quite right. And non sense.
I ordered this item from the seller who‘s based in California- USA. (I know the item might be originally from somewhere in Asia country but I am ok because I like the style.)
The package arrived to my address early which is great and it is excited me but as soon as I opened the package I found this freaking “DAMAGED” on my dress.
Yes, the item was ripped and not able to be worn, it is also hardly to sew either as the type of fabric.
I decided to contact the seller in order to get the professional ways to solve the problem and maybe some reasonable solutions but the answers from them made me get mad and disappointed.
And below is what they told me
“We only make 5%-7% profit for this item, how about I refund you 35% of total price and you keep it or you can give it as a gift to your friends or family.”
!! Give to friend as a gift!!
Seriously!!!
Honestly I didn’t get it!!!
Then I did re-explained to them that it wasn’t me ... all mistake was from them because :
- They suppose to check the item before ship it out.
- Nothing in their description mentioned that the item was damaged or ripped off. On the other hand, the description said “brand new with tag”
- And I also explained them that ”We don't give any damaged item to anybody especially friends or family because it would be insulting and nobody do that in general” ( I am so wonder where they from and how their family raised them up why they have that idea and talk to the customers like that).
I really had no idea why they kept offered me 35% of refund money and asked me to keep their freaking ripped dress.
However, I did opened the case and It seems like I am going to get a fully refund from the company.
By the way, this is my bad experince that I wanna share especially dealing with the seller who has a weird logic of thinking, it is interesting right!? Lol 😂
Finally, I would like to tell you guys that not every sellers are bad (just some of them), so keep your enjoyable on shopping online ok?! 😜

วันนี้กลับมาในรูปแบบ writing เนื่องจากช่วงนี้เป็นหน้า high งานเข้าอย่างหนักไม่มีเวลาตัดต่อคลิปเลย แต่เพื่อไม่ให้ขาดการติดต่อวันนี้เลยเอาเรื่องของประสบการณ์ซื้อของออนไลน์ (แบบไม่แฮปปี้เท่าใดนัก) มาเล่าสู่กันฟัง อิอิ
ก้อนี่เลยค่ะนักช๊อปออนไลน์มือโปรอย่างเราเจอสินค้าที่ถูกใจก้อจิ้มปุ๊ปโอนตังปั๊ปตามประสานักช็อปมืออาชีพ เห็นว่าสินค้าอยู่แค่ที่แคลิฟอร์เนีย มันน่าจะเป็นมาตราฐานการบริการแบบตรงไปตรงมา
พอพัสดุมาส่งถึงบ้าน (มาเร็วด้วยนะคะ) ก้อมารีบเปิดห่อพัสดุด้วยความตื่นเต้นอีกเช่นเคย แต่งวดนี้หวยดันมาออกที่ออร์เดอร์นี้ (จนได้สิน่า) แกะออกมาเจอเลยแขนเสื้อขาด ตามรูปด้านบนเลยค่ะ ตรวจสอบไป-มาจนมั่นใจว่า ซ่อมไงก้อไม่ได้อ่ะ ผ้ามันบางมันเย็บไม่อยู่และไม่สวยด้วย
เลยตัดสินใจติดต่อคนขายเพื่อหาทางออกให้กับเคสนี้เพราะอย่างที่เห็นตามรูปภาพเคสนี้ไม่น่ายากเพราะทุกอย่างผิดพลาดมาจากต้นทางเต็มๆ
แต่สิ่งที่ถึงกับทำให้ตาค้างก้อคงเป็นคำตอบจากคนขายที่ตอบลูกค้าแบบห้วนๆว่า “สินค้าชั้นมีกำไรแค่ 5%-7% เอง เอาเป็นว่าจะคืนเงินให้ 35% แล้วคุณลูกค้าก้อเก็บสินค้าไว้เลยไม่ต้องส่งคืน หรือถ้าคุณลูกค้าไม่ชอบก้อเอาไปให้เป็นของขวัญกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวก้อได้”
!!!เอ้ยย!!!. จริงดิ
ไม่เข้าใจระบบการคิดของเค้าเลย ไม่รู้ว่าโตมายังไงถึงพูดออกมาแบบนี้ได้ คุยไปสักพักเหมือนเค้าจะคุยไม่รู้เรื่อง พูดจาไม่สุภาพ ก้อเลยจำใจต้องเปิดเคสเพื่อเอาความถูกต้องมาคุยกัน ไม่ใช่มาพูดจาแบบนี้กับลูกค้า และตอนนี้เคสนี้สรุปแล้วว่าคุณลูกค้าได้รับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวน
ประสบการณ์การซื้อของออนไลน์..ดีบ้างแย่บ้างแต่มันก้อเป็นเรื่องธรรมดานะคะ เกิดขึ้นได้เสมอ อยู่ที่ว่าเราจะเจอสถานการณ์แบบไหน อันนี้เจอคนขายที่มีวิธีคิดแปลกๆ ไม่ชอบไม่ถูกใจ ก้อแค่จบไปแล้วไม่กลับไปซื้อกับเค้าอีกก้อจบกัน ก่อนจากกันต้องบอกย้ำอีกครั้งว่าไม่ใช่คนขายทุกคนนะคะที่จะมีเจตนาหรือวิธีคิดที่เอาเปรียบลูกค้าแบบนี้ คนขายดีๆน่ารักๆก้อมีอยู่เยอะค่ะ
