You have no idea for a good, valuable breakfast?
Every day I try eat to good but sametimes is monotony. Omelette and scrambled eggs. I'm not saying that it's bad. Today I decided to change my breakfast a bit and fill them with calories.
Oat flakes with toppings
Recipe:
- oatmeal 50 grams
- apple 50 grams
- peanut butter 15 grams
- honey 10 grams
- protein powder 40 geams
- cinnamon
it doesn't look nice but it is great!
After such a breakfast you can be active all day :-)
