The tighter one holds on, the deadlier it becomes. Such money
will be useless; it will melt away like ice. Only in giving is money
increased. If God’s children learn how to give, God will perform
miracles everywhere. Holding on to money will reduce the children
of God to poverty. Young believers must learn this lesson. They
should not be content just to be saved; they must learn to experience
the blessedness of giving. God cannot trust anyone who holds money
tightly and does not give it out, for such a one is untrustworthy. The
more one gives, the more God will give to him
