eSteem: The Reviews of eSteem and Supporting Program

Preliminary

Hi steemians..

This post, I create to support the use of eSteem applications for mobile or PC. This Support is originated from the use of android-based eSteem application by myself. I used eSteem from the beginning to make a steemit post. A more practical process makes me comfortable with this app.

Surely to review an application or project needs equipment but I would like to make a review with a methodology based on my own personal experience. This is the basis for the reference of this post.

As time goes on, I started getting to know other eSteem users, call it like @dodibireuen and @helmibireuen which finally made me know and mingle with other eSteem users, including getting to know E.F.A. Of course I know them through the steemit community of Bireuen Steemit Community (BSC), headed by @bahagia-arbi as the leader of this community. This is where the initial adventure in eSteem begins for me.

Postingan saya ini saya buat untuk mendukung pemakaian aplikasi eSteem untuk mobile atau PC. Dukungan tersebut tentunya berawal dari pemakaian aplikasi eSteem berbasis android oleh saya sendiri. Saya memakai eSteem sedari awal membuat postingan steemit. Proses yang lebih praktis membuat saya nyaman dengan aplikasi ini.

Tentunya untuk mereview sebuah aplikasi atau project dibutuhkan perlengkapan akan tetapi saya ingin membuat sebuah review dengan metodologi berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi saya sendiri. Ini yang menjadi dasar referensi tulisan ini.

Seiring berjalannya waktu saya mulai mengenal pengguna eSteem lainnya, sebut saja seperti @dodibireuen dan @helmibireuen yang akhirnya membuat saya mengenal dan berbaur dengan pengguna eSteem lainnya, termasuk mengenal E.F.A. Tentunya saya mengenal mereka lewat komunitas steemit yaitu Bireuen Steemit Community (BSC) yang diketuai oleh @bahagia-arbi sebagai leader komunitas ini. Disinilah awal petualangan di eSteem dimulai bagi saya.

Discussion

Technically eSteem based on android and eSteem surfer can be downloaded at the address shown on the footer of this post. I personally use eSteem based on android on my HP. Like the picture below:

With the interface like the picture above eSteem users can access more practical features of steemit. This is because eSteem display for mobile is easier to process the features of steemit

For PC or laptop available eSteem surfer now updated its version 1.0.5 (can be downloaded at the link in the footer of this post). I personally feel more comfortable using gadgets to create posts on eSteem. So I rarely use eSteem surfer.

Overall eSteem application is very easy and convenient to use. Almost all the original features in steemit can be used in eSteem. Ease of making posts through gadgets makes eSteem applications used massively. This can be seen on the playstore (based on android) how many of these apps have been downloaded. Technically with the latest app update there is no major obstacle in its use.

What needs to be added is a feature to give input to the app developer. Whether in the form of survey or developer chat version via eSteem application. As long as it may already be available telegram and discord group but I propose direct users eSteem can directly communicate with developer or other eSteem users.

So among fellow eSteem users can communicate with intense for the process of sharing the latest info that could have been missed by other users. In addition, this communication can even form eSteem users to give each other skills to improve the quality of posts for steemit itself.

This sharing process has been run by E.F.A (eSteem for All) even though E.F.A is not a community. However, the process of sharing knowledge about eSteem and create a quality post has been run. So the program models such as E.F.A are suitable for support both by eSteem users and by application developers.

If you are curious what E.F.A is, then you can read more in the post of @owner99 (link on the references). E.F.A was formed on the basis of its initiative volunteers to help eSteem users especially in Aceh at that time to explore the use of eSteem and help eSteem users create outstanding posts.

There is no discussion about curation reward in E.F.A because it is emphasized on adding quality post. Because in principle all that in E.F.A believe that the better the quality of posts the better the reward. You can prove it.!

What the most impressed me during joining E.F.A was the class to learn to improve the quality of content for 7 nights in a row. Which is discussed through the group whatapps ranging from simple ways such as improving the form of writing to discuss about the prohibition of being againts a plagiarist the content of others. This is very important in terms of improving the quality of post content.

Therefore I hope eSteem developers can support E.F.A and others such as E.F.A that support eSteem users improve the quality of posting in steemit.

Secara teknis eSteem berbasis android dan eSteem surfer dapat di download di alamat yang tertera pada footer postingan ini. Saya pribadi menggunakan eSteem berbasis android di HP saya. Seperti gambar diatas.

Dengan interface seperti gambar di atas para pengguna eSteem dapat mengakses berbagai fitur steemit lebih praktis. Hal ini dikarenakan tampilan eSteem untuk mobile lebih mudah untuk memproses fitur-fitur steemit lewat Gadget.

Untuk PC atau laptop tersedia eSteem surfer yang sekarang update an nya versi 1.0.5 (dapat di download di link di footer postingan ini). Saya pribadi lebih nyaman menggunakan gadget untuk membuat postingan di eSteem. Sehingga eSteem surfer jarang saya gunakan.

Secara keseluruhan aplikasi eSteem sangat mudah dan nyaman digunakan. Hampir semua fitur asli di steemit dapat digunakan di eSteem. Kemudahan membuat postingan lewat gadget membuat aplikasi eSteem digunakan secara masif. Ini dapat dilihat di playstore (berbasis android) seberapa banyak aplikasi ini telah di download. Secara teknis dengan updatean aplikasi terbaru tak ada kendala besar dalam penggunaannya.

Yang perlu ditambah adalah fitur memberi masukan ke pengembang aplikasi. Baik berupa survey ataupun versi chat pengembang lewat aplikasi eSteem. Selama ini mungkin sudah tersedia group telegram dan discord akan tetapi saya sendiri mengusulkan langsung para pengguna eSteem dapat langsung saling berkomunikasi baik dengan developernya atau pengguna eSteem lainnya.

Sehingga diantara sesama pengguna eSteem pun dapat menjalin komunikasi dengan intens demi proses berbagi info terbaru yang bisa saja terlewatkan oleh pengguna lainnya. Selain itu komunikasi ini bahkan bisa membentuk komunitas-komunitas pengguna eSteem untuk saling memberi masukan skill-skill untuk memperbaiki kualitas postingan untuk steemit itu sendiri.

Proses sharing ilmu ini telah dijalankan oleh rekan-rekan E.F.A (eSteem for All) walau E.F.A ini bukanlah sebuah komunitas. Akan tetapi proses sharing ilmu tentang eSteem dan membuat postingan yang berkualitas pun sudah dijalankan. Sehingga model-model program seperti E.F.A ini pantas untuk di dukung baik oleh sesama pengguna eSteem dan oleh pengembang aplikasi.

E.F.A terbentuk dengan dasar sukarela para penggagasnya untuk membantu para pengguna eSteem khususnya di Aceh kala itu untuk mengekplorasi penggunaan eSteem dan membantu para pengguna eSteem membuat postingan yang berkualiatas.

Tak ada bahasan tentang reward curation di E.F.A karena disini ditekankan pada menambah kualitas postingan. Karena pada prinsipnya semua yang di E.F.A percaya bahwa semakin bagus kualitas postingan maka semakin baik pula rewardnya. Anda bisa membuktikannya.!

Saya sendiri merasa beruntung bisa berada di lingkungan E.F.A sehingga dalam membuat konten postingan tak berpatokan pada kuantitasnya tapi pada kualitasnya walau tentunya konsistensi membuat postingan perlu dijaga.

Yang paling mengesankan saya selama ikut bergabung ke E.F.A adalah adanya kelas untuk belajar memperbaiki kualiatas konten selama 7 malam berturut-turut. Yang dibahas lewat group whatapps mulai dari cara-cara sederhana seperti memperbaiki bentuk tulisan sampai dengan membahas tentang larangan menjadi pelaku plagiat terhadap konten orang lain. Ini sangat penting dalam hal meningkatkan kualitas konten postingan.

Oleh karena itu saya berharap developer eSteem dapat mendukung E.F.A atay lainnya yang semacam E.F.A yang mendukung pengguna eSteem meningkatkan kualitas dalam mebuat postingan di steemit.

Hope

Personally, I hope eSteem is growing both applications and if there is a special community of eSteem users. Thus it will support each other among users and developers. The symbiosis mutualism of developer and user must be continuously fostered for the sake of the project development. This will work if the user is made as comfortable as to using the application by developing eSteem based on the user orientation

In terms of users may be able to share information about the use of eSteem applications effectively and efficiently. From a developer side it might be able to create some kind of user satisfaction survey and what users want in future development. This is very important in the millenial era. When the user is comfortable it will be hard to switch to other applications. Although choosing the application is in the hands of users.

Projects such as E.F.A can be a bridge between eSteem users and eSteem developers. Personally, I hope E.F.A can continue to grow rapidly as fast as the function of eSteem user to support each other's users

Saya pribadi berharap eSteem ini makin berkembang baik aplikasinya maupun jika ada komunitas khusus penggunanya. Dengan demikian maka akan saling mendukung diantara sesama pengguna dan pengembang. Simbiosis mutualisme pengembang dan pengguna harus terus dibina demi berkembangnya sebuah project. Ini tentunya jika pengguna juga dibuat senyaman mungkin menggunakan aplikasi dengan mengembangkan aplikasi eSteem berbasis kepada orientasi pengguna

Dari segi pengguna mungkin bisa saling berbagi informasi tentang penggunaan aplikasi eSteem secara efektif dan efisien. Dari sisi pengembang mungkin bisa membuat semacam survey kepuasan pengguna dan apa yang pengguna kehendaki dalam pengembangan kedepannya. Hal ini sangat penting di era milenial. Ketika pengguna nyaman maka akan susah beralih ke aplikasi lainnya. Walau memilih aplikasi lagi-lagi ada di tangan pengguna.

Project seperti E.F.A dapat menjadi jembatan antara pengguna eSteem dan pegembang eSteem. Dan saya pribadi berharap E.F.A dapat terus tumbuh dengan cepat seiring fungsi dari setiap pengguna eSteem untuk saling mendukung sesama pengguna.

Conclussion

I have the conclusions of the review in my own opinion that the eSteem application built by @good-karma and the team has indulged and supported me technically to make a post in steemit. It really helps me and of course other eSteem users.

On the other hand, in a non-technical way I have benefited greatly in exploring eSteem applications in order to be used effectively and efficiently through E.F.A. Through EFA also I get additional skills on the process of creating quality content in steemit. Because the better content the better rewards are also obtained. Of course I am very grateful to the friends of EFA initiator, @yandot @owner99 @dedyrendra and friends who I can not mention one by one. Thank you for the knowledge and keep the spirit of sharing.

Pada intinya saya memperoleh kesimpulan dari review menurut pandangan saya sendiri bahwa aplikasi eSteem yang dibangun oleh @good-karma dan tim telah memanjakan dan mendukung saya secara teknis untuk membuat postingan di steemit. Ini sangat membantu saya secara pribadi dan tentunya pengguna eSteem lainnya.

Disisi lain secara non teknis saya memperoleh manfaat besar dalam mengeksplorasi aplikasi eSteem agar dapat digunakan secara efektif dan efisien lewat E.F.A. Lewat EFA juga saya mendapat ilmu-ilmu tambahan dalam proses membuat konten yang berkualitas di steemit. Karena semakin bagus sebuah konten maka semakin baik pula reward yang didapatkan. Tentunya saya sangat berterimakasih ke teman-teman penggagas EFA, @yandot @owner99 @dedyrendra dan kawan-kawan yang tidak dapat saya sebut satu persatu.
