I hope somebody can explain the reason of going down gradually the rate of sbd

** I am in want of miney very badly and I want to withdraw some of my steem dollar but it going low and low.**

I am not understanding what I should to do in this situation.

sholud I withdraw my sbd or I should wait for increasing steem dollar rate against US dollar.

Can anyone help me.....?
