As we post wonderful and colorful dishes at restaurants we visit, we also are definitely thinking “making sure we eat healthy”.
Below are some dishes of avacado salad, ham/pineapple and egg sandwich.
These are simple dishes in appearance but they are healthy and we get older, this counts :-) The other day we went out for Mexican and we look for what is the “healthiest” to dish to try. Of course, we don’t eat perfectly all the time, but you would be amazed at how you fee when you stay eating healthy vs indulging in something “not as healthy”. My body knows it and so it’s easier just to eat healthy.
We love avacado’s and try to eat one everyday. It’s such a healthy fruit and can be use in many dishes. Our salads always include avacado and other colorful choices (like blueberries).

สวัสดีครับ วันนี้หยุดงานผมเลยหาซื้อผักสลัด หาซื้อแฮม อย่างดี มะเชื่อเทศออแกนิก และขนมปังเบเกอร์ มาทำอาหารเช้าให้ทุกคนทานที่ร้านกัน พอได้ทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ ก็มาจัดการลงมือทำที่ร้านเลยละครับเพราะมีจานช้อนเครื่องครัวในการประกอบอาหารซึ่งหาได้ง่ายกว่าอยู่ที่คอนโด และทุกคนที่ร้านได้ทานด้วยกัน ทุกวันนี้พวกเราพยายามทานอาหารที่มีสุขเน้นผักกันเยอะๆ เนูแรก สลัดรวมเพื่อสุขภาพที่ขาดไม่ได้ผมเป็นคนชอบอโวคาโดมากๆ เอามาใส่สลัด อร่อยมากๆน้ำสลัดก็น้ำมันมะกอก เกลือสมุทร พริกไทดำ หรือถ้าใครไม่ชอบสูตรน้ำใส่ ก็น้ำข้นเลยครับ มายองเนส ตีกับน้ำส้มสายชู น้ำตาล เกลือ พริกไทดำ
และเมนู แฮมอบด้วยน้ำผึ้ง หัดแบบหนาๆหน่อย เอาไปย่าง และ สัปปะรดหั่นกลมหนาหน่อย โรยด้วยเกลือ พริกไทดำ เอาย่างให้หอม และเสริฟกับสลัด และอีกเมนูคือ ไข่ลวกในน้ำ ทำเป็นแซนวิท ใส่มะเขือเทศย่าง อร่อยทุกเมนูเลยครับ ผมนั่งทานกันที่ร้าน เป็นช่วง ร้านเปิดพอดี และมีลูกค้าเข้ามา ลูกค้าเห็น ลูกค้าถามว่า มีอาหารเช้าขายด้วยรึ ขอสั่ง ไข่ลวก เสริฟบน สลัด สามที่ จะบอกลูกค้าว่าไม่มีก็ไม่ได้ วันนี้ผมเลยได้ขาย สลัดผักรวม และมีไข่ลวกวางบนสลัดผักรวม ผมเลยต้องบอกลูกค้าว่า เป็นเมนูแนะนำถ้าขายดีจะเอาลงเมนู
