Hello everybody. I just finished having dinner. I cooked Guichai flowers with Mushroom and took it with cooked rice. So I would like to share with you how I cook this food. It's easy and tasty.
This mushroom is called Hed Kem Tong in Thai Language. They grew up in a group. They have long legs and small blooms at the end of the leg. It looks lovely, don't you think? And Good Taste!
Cut Guichai flowers.
Spring onion.
In a hot pan, I put 3 tablespoons oil. Stir-fried chopped garlic for 30 seconds. Put 2 eggs and stir-fried eggs for 2 minutes. Put mushroom, guichai flowers and spring onion. Put3 tablespoons oyster sauce, a bit salt, and pepper. If you have sweet sauce put 1 teaspoon. Stir-fried the ingredients for 5 minutes or until everything cooked. Check the taste.
