The answer of the question that what is the procedure of this GAS-FILES ecosystem is that first of all the user have to log in with a unique assigned name, now simply upload the files, these files are then encrypted and will be divided into shards for enhanced security, on each shard audit pre-processing is done and then these shards might be sent to the network. The limit is 32mb so any file larger than this size is supposed to be split into shards each having 32mb size. It can be reconverted into the original format on user demand.
