For thousands of years, the people are working for someone to live their lives. Technology continuously changes the way how we work. Each “revolution” in each field has changed the way how we worked in those areas before. As the technology grows, we need to completely change the way how conducted businesses, communicate with others and with the co-workers and offer the services. The traditional methods that we used to govern the institution are not applicable furthermore. Many people dislike the conventional system even though they have no any other option for that. Such old systems are always exploitative as the employees are always paid less than they should be paid for their efforts. On the other hand, the companies cannot take the full advantages for what they pay for the employees as they all are not in same skill levels and due to the lower quality works of the employees. That directly affects the quality of the product. Even the companies need to take the actions to eliminate these challenges the selectable options are very costly, inefficient and inaccurate.
