Do not let your Employer fool you into believing that your religious exemption only protects you from taking the cooties prevention shot and not from the nasal assault ritual nor the cooties religious facial coverings.
If you have religious reasons for not participating in the Government's cooties religion because you have your own, or at least moral and ethical beliefs if you aren't religious, you already have a Legal Federal Exemption and all you need to do is notify your Employer of the conflict, and explain the conflict. By law Your Employer is required to reasonably accommodate you.
Read my screenshot of the OSHA's ETS where it clearly states as follows >
[Quote:] Employees also may be legally entitled to a reasonable accommodation if they cannot be vaccinated and/or wear a face covering (as otherwise required by this policy) because of a disability, or if the provisions in this policy for vaccination, and/or testing for COVID-19, and/or wearing a face covering conflict with a sincerely held religious belief, practice, or observance.
Also check the following where it clearly states the same >
[Quote:] In addition, if the vaccination, and/or testing for COVID-19, and/or wearing a face covering conflicts with a worker’s sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance, the worker may be entitled to a reasonable accommodation. https://www.osha.gov/laws-regs/regulations/standardnumber/1910/1910.501
Please take note.. If questions arise please ask. My story of religious discrimination at the workplace is quite long and I have beaten my employer by demonstrating that they are violating the law. Knowing your rights and Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is what you need. I'd like to help you if you are going through the same situation I am going through.
