
Day 8 of body weight exercises 3 month challenge
Today I did two rounds of super sets
Ist round I did pullups and then mountain climbers. I did 3 sets of 10 of pullups and I did 3 sets of 100 of mountain climbers. I did 10 pullups, jumped down and did 100 mountain climbers. I did that for 3 sets.
I then did the 2nd round. I did 3 sets of 10 neutral grip pullups and 3 sets of 10 burpees. I did 10 pullups and jumped down and did 10 burpees. I did that for 3 sets.
When I think about it that does not seem like much. I did these in the middle of the day with the sun beating down on me. But doing a muscle/strength builder then doing a cardio it really got my heart going and blood pumping.
