It would be extremely difficult for me to stay up to date about everything Steem without Steemify.
Steemify is a notification application for your iPhone (Android = Beta) and developed by the witness I am part of @blockbrothers (spot #38, If you have a spare vote we appreciate your support).
Steemify allows you to get notified about your own account and the account of others (you can add as many as you want) without having to use any keys for those accounts.
The app looks great and is extremely user-friendly.
Per account, you can choose from many settings what you want to be notified about.
Want to be notified when @steemitblog makes a new post? No problem!
Want to be notified when someone replies to your post? Yay!
Want to be notified when your @username is mentioned anywhere on the blockchain? We got it!
Want to be notified when your keys are changed? Check!
Want to be notified when someone transfers you Steem or SBD? Bam!
These any many other settings are possible. Pretty handy stuff.
Steemify also sends push notifications to your phone if you want.
Moments ago I learned @stockjockey won his first Steem Monster tournament when he replied to one of my posts. Congrats, man!

The latest version introduces a feature that has been requested.
Sometimes your @username get's mentioned on bot accounts over and over again.
This will result in you receiving lot's of push notifications for no reason. That can be annoying.
This can now be solved by turning on this simple feature in the app.
When you turn this on you no longer receive notifications from accounts you have muted on Steem.
Simple! And it works great!
