Good Morning Fallas and hello Fallas 2023. The last Sunday of February marks the Day of The Crida. The day when Valencia is officially enters the Fallas Festivals (which we love) season.
The first act of the day is a crazy firecracker parade, right in the center of the city to 'kindly' wake up the city and to remind everyone that Fallas is happening another year.
Fallas commissions are throwing big boy firecrackers onto the ground, creating these violent explosions and tons of smokes. The way to start a festival is so insane to us - so intense, we love it!
