So it's been a slower start to the New Year then I had hoped! When I came back from out of town after New Year's, I was home for a day and then fell over the dog gate my landlord's recently installed! Suffice to say, my back and knee were out for the next week :(
Started off with a slow, long walk last weekend, and it was beautiful out! Light drizzle, but that's nothing for Vancouver. I hopped the skytrain to head to False Creek and walk the sea wall there. I almost got all the way to Granville Island, but for a first walk, I didn't want to push it! It took me nearly 2 hours to make it 3 km with lots of stops for pictures along the way!
When I got about a 1/4 of the way in to my walk I saw this sign, of 'Should I be worried?'. This made me giggle, but I stopped and paused to really think about the question but had to concede that I really don't know. There's infinite things to be worried about any given day, but post-pandemic, I think looking at a half full glass is the only cure for any worries that come. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best and whatever else goes with that cliche!

Now...we have snow for the next few days, so going to have to figure out an indoor activity to do!
