Sharing today the BnW photography of my desk focusing the hanging images of the people that are so close to me. Incorporating the light stand which gives clarity to my subjects.
Life abroad seems really challenging. Being away from your loved ones and friends you used to hang with makes it a more serious struggle. It is kind of agony to others who couldn't handle the loneliness and longingness of their families back home. In fact, this leads others to commit suicide as an escape to their adversities. Recently, one OFW in the Middle East ended her life. That is a sad reality for every individual working abroad far away from their loved ones.
It takes guts!
It takes a strong spirit to endure it and regular communication with your loved ones to help you ease from this struggle. It isn't easy yet not too difficult when you have your family with you giving their constant support.
As for me and my wife, we chose to put the photos of our family, relatives, and friends in to display on this desk-wall where we could easily see them and draw an inspiration and strength from. We may miss our loved ones in the Philippines but these photos somehow help us.
No one deserves to go through that struggle! If you know someone or a relative working abroad, you better understand their situations and help them cope up this daily challenge. Your sincere message and love would help them a lot.
Why not message someone you know today and let them know that they are loved?
