This is not an International border but Indian capital New Delhi's border where the farmers are doing sit in protest for their rights for past 6 Months.
Imagine, for past 6 months they are literally sitting on roads, doing laundry, preparing food right there. They have even opened a makeshift hospital, makeshift mall, a temporary newspaper called "Trolly Times", its own youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4mGFTV86AR8VeJmusu1QWQ) as Indian national media is busy echoing government narrative which is labelling these innocent farmers as terrorists. Well, the only exception is that these terorists drop food bombs that feed people like you and me.
Several international celebrities like Rhianna, Greta Thunberg, Trevor Noah, Mia Khalifa, Lilly Singh and Amanda Cerney have tweeted in support.
In the below picture, it looks like as if Indian govt. is building a Delhi wall (similar to the Berlin wall).
