I am so pleased to write and express myself about what i know best.
We know what plantain is already.
Plantain is carbohydrate that can produce the body with energy. Plantain is needed in our body for strenght.....
Plantain is green and beautiful and they are tall and some are short in height.
The plantain tree, also known as plátano in Spanish-speaking countries, is a tropical tree of the banana genus (Musa) which originated in the region in malaysia.
Plantain has been in existence since creation. A bounch of plantain can b sold for @1500# in negeria currency.
It takes plantain a year to grow into maturity. Plantain is strong in nature. Some are green why some are yellow.
When it is green it is said to be unripe. When it is yellow, it is said to be ripe.
Plantain can be used to prepare so many delicacy.
Plantain can be boiled, roasted and also it can be fried.
How can u cooked plantain?
Plantain can be prepared with different delicacy. .....!
Light your gas,
Put your pot in the fire and pour water inside the pot.
Remove the back of your plantain and put the plantain inside the pot.
Add salt into it.
Allow it to cooked for some few minutes.
Your plantain is set to eat.
For frying !!!
Put on your gas ,
Pour in oil into a fry pan..
Allow the oil to heated and hot.
Then put in your plantain into it
Always turn it to avoid burning.
For roasting!!!
For roasting just look for something to place the plantain to avoid inside contact with fire .
Make sure you keep on monitoring it to avoid burning.
Roasted plantain is very stressful to prepare.
If you may ask me which one i love the most i will say i loved them all........
Plantain can be prepared with beans in nigeria. Plantain can be cooked and eaten with different meals like stew, beans oil, garden egg, rice, and lots more.
Plantain is my favourite when it comes in eaten beans. I love the ripe onces. The ripe plantain can be used to decorate special meals. I.e fried rice.
