Agreed. Though its either embedding youtube videos or IPFS... And if IPFS, theyll need at least a small IPFS node, and be it running on a raspberry pi with external harddrive... not too expensive, but would require a bit of familiarisation with the technology. IPFS works surprisingly good even with a relativly small internet connection - sure, your upload might not be able to serve a video to more than a couple people at a time if that, but thats where the relativly efficient advantages of sharing upload rate and some space with other nodes on the Network come into play. You cont need to upload at a rate allowing even more than one person to watch it at a time as it wouldnt be sent to the viewer but other IPFS nodes which then distribute it further.
Of course, im not sure who if any of them would be able to deal with lets say Raspbian or linux comand line of any type, really.
