High Times, the well known, Los Angeles-based media company that publishes a monthly print and online publication focused on cannabis, is the first initial public offering to sell shares for cryptocurrency (Bitcoin or Ethereum)!
It registered its IPO with the Nasdaq stock exchange and used cryptocurrency to raise funds under a 2012 Regulation A+, which is an alternative means of raising capital for small, early stage businesses.
