Mozilla Warns Users
In the past, Firefox's developer, Mozilla, had warned its users of malicious software known as Cryptojacking, which used crypto-money mining to exploit the computing power of their computers on the websites they visited.
Mozilla announced that it has partnered with online security company Disconnect to protect its users from these abusive, abusive activities. With this partnership, Mozilla added the ability to block malicious crypto-money mining from its browsers. Users who have activated this new feature will now be able to use their computers' processing power to protect against crypto-money mining websites.
Mozilla first signaled this step in August 2018. Firefox Quantum's beta test, which was released in April of this year, came with the ability to protect users against malicious crypto-money mining software.
Earlier this year, we announced that it ended the activities of the most famous secret mining platform Coinhive, which became a nightmare for internet users . After the closure of CoinHive, a browser-based mining service, the Cryptojacking activities had a huge 40% decline.
Crypto Money Move from Microsoft
