Interesting article about how the Dutch are building their coastal protection, and what their cost are compared to Louisianas. I've long said that Louisiana spends way too much for their restoration projects, and here is more proof of it. It's discouraging, I wish Louisiana could get more bang for the buck, seems like a lot of waste to me. Anyway, I'm still for coastal restoration despite the waste.
